Custom Orders

Custom orders require a 50% deposit at time of order with the balance due at delivery. Delivery charges may apply. Custom ordered pieces cannot be returned. Cancellations of custom orders may result in a forfeiting of the 50% deposit. Other terms and restrictions may apply.

Special Orders

Items displayed as "Special Orders" have the same terms as custom orders.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is available by Valley Furniture & Interiors in the greater Seattle area at fixed rates based on location. Delivery and/or shipping charges to outlying areas and beyond will be assessed at the time of purchase and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items to be shipped to Canada are FOB Redmond or can be delivered to the border for a fee. Sales tax will be charged in accordance with state laws.
